I’m a global CIO with over 20 years of experience leading digital transformations in highly regulated and fast-growing organizations, including Crédit Agricole, AXA, Wolters Kluwer, and EcoVadis.
Over two decades, I have led large, multicultural teams across regions, languages, and time zones, while delivering complex technology programs in demanding business environments. This experience shaped my conviction that sustainable transformation depends as much on people and leadership as it does on systems and architecture.
After years driving global teams and large-scale initiatives, I founded AltaGrid Consulting to bring the same clarity, alignment, and execution discipline to organizations in transition.
I believe technology delivers its value only when people, processes, and business objectives move together.
